Wolfgang Weiss

Wolfgang Weiss supports Main Management’s investment team with fund trading, client account management, and the preparation of fund and financial reporting. His work includes facilitating tax-aware investment strategies and helping drive operational efficiencies across Main’s platform.

Prior to joining Main, Wolfgang managed financial operations for a U.S. government contractor, overseeing security services, energy projects, and fire truck leasing contracts both domestically and abroad. He also gained experience in the biotech sector, supporting FP&A, program management, and research initiatives for preclinical and clinical programs.

Growing up in Southern California, Wolfgang has played tennis since childhood and continues to pursue endurance sports, including Ironman races and mountaineering. He is a graduate of Cal Poly San Luis Obispo with a B.S. in Business Administration, Finance concentration, and is completing his Enrolled Agent certification to deepen his expertise in tax strategy and wealth management.
