Kim Arthur, James Concidine, and Richard Fredericks founded Main Management in 2002 in San Francisco, CA. Combining their investment insights and belief in maximizing investors' returns, they made a commitment to deliver liquid, transparent, tax-aware, and cost-effective solutions to our clients.
In 2005, Blaine Docker joined Main, playing a key role in the development and expansion of the firm. Today, he leads the Private Clients & Institutional team at Main Management.
The firm celebrated its 20 year anniversary in 2022. Main has grown to ~$4.8 billion in assets under management and advisement, with 25+ employees across its two divisions. Through that growth, Main's ‘client first, exceptional service’ philosophy has remained intact as the core value in each relationship we form.
